All seeds & Clones sold on this website have been tested by a certified lab to have under .3% THC and compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill.  

Our hemp seeds contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC, compliant with applicable Federal Laws. Our hemp seeds are not indented for sale or use by persons under the age of 18. Our seeds have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness.  Please consult your doctor before taking any supplements while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Seeds are strictly for novelty and souvenir purposes, to preserve the plant species, or for collection purposes only. Germination or cultivation of the seeds is strictly limited to the localities and countries in which it is legal to do so. GrowSmokeRepeat.com and our companies/partners accept no responsibility or liability for any use that does not comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays

We ask that customers allow at least 14 business days for their package to arrive before reaching out for a replacement. If there are known regional delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may require additional time before issuing a replacement.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping delays are common. USPS often posts updates on their website regarding service disruptions, and we strive to communicate this information when available.

Insurance & Replacement Policies

  • Shipping estimates are not guarantees (except for Priority Express). Ground Advantage and Priority Mail may vary based on USPS delays.
  • If your package is lost, we require you to wait at least 14 business days before filing a claim.
  • Replacements are issued as store credit. If your claim is approved, you will receive a gift card to place a new order at your convenience.
  • If a replacement package is issued and the original package arrives, we require it to be returned. We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Breeder promotions or NASC promotional items may not be available for reshipped orders.

"Delivered" Packages & Missing Mail

If USPS tracking indicates that your package was delivered, we must assume it was. We cannot replace packages marked as delivered unless USPS confirms an error.

If this happens, please contact your local USPS office first. They can geolocate the package and provide official documentation stating whether it was misplaced, lost, or delivered to the wrong address. This paperwork is required to obtain a replacement.

Filing a Delivery Insurance Claim

  • Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the expected delivery date.
  • USPS periodically recycles tracking numbers, so please contact us promptly while tracking history is still available.
  • If your claim is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card to place a new order.

Return Policy

  • For germination issues and order delivery issues, please contact us.
  • We replace seeds that have failed to germinate to customers in eligible states at our discretion.
  • Due to local restrictions, customers in the following states are not eligible for replacements: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. The eligibility for replacements is determined by the shipping address associated with your order.
  • Always buy 10% more seeds than you plan to grow. A 90% germination rate is reasonable and expected, and we will not replace seeds if your germination rate was greater than 89%.
  • Please submit germination issues within 60 days of purchase.
  • Replacements will be issued in the form of a store credit and are calculated based on the price of the seeds at the time of purchase.
  • We do not process refunds. All sales are final. Freebies, Bulk/White Label, Private Label, HSC Phenohunter, Tester strains, and Dollar Treez seeds are not eligible for replacements.

We do our best at GrowSmokeRepeat.com to ensure successful germination and delivery of your orders. Germination and other issues can and do happen, and we are here to help in any way we can. We only work with breeders who stand behind their product, and whom we trust, so if a genuine issue occurs, we are happy to replace the seeds for you. All replacements will come in the form of a gift card to our site so you can pick out exactly what you would like. Replacement credits are calculated based on the price of the seed(s) at the time of purchase.

The copyright in GSR and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to the GSR website is owned by, or licensed to Grow Smoke Repeat Genetics. It may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of GSR, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.

You may use GSR content for private and non-commercial use only i.e. to view, copy and print portions of GSR content for the sole purpose of placing orders.
