Refund policy

  • For germination issues and order delivery issues, please contact us.
  • We replace seeds that have failed to germinate to customers in eligible states at our discretion.
  • Due to local restrictions, customers in the following states are not eligible for replacements: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. The eligibility for replacements is determined by the shipping address associated with your order.
  • Always buy 10% more seeds than you plan to grow. A 90% germination rate is reasonable and expected, and we will not replace seeds if your germination rate was greater than 89%.
  • Please submit germination issues within 60 days of purchase.
  • Replacements will be issued in the form of a store credit and are calculated based on the price of the seeds at the time of purchase.
  • We do not process refunds. All sales are final. Freebies, Bulk/White Label, Private Label, HSC Phenohunter, Tester strains, and Dollar Treez seeds are not eligible for replacements.

We do our best at GrowSmokeRepeat.com to ensure successful germination and delivery of your orders. Germination and other issues can and do happen, and we are here to help in any way we can. We only work with breeders who stand behind their product, and whom we trust, so if a genuine issue occurs, we are happy to replace the seeds for you. All replacements will come in the form of a gift card to our site so you can pick out exactly what you would like. Replacement credits are calculated based on the price of the seed(s) at the time of purchase.
